Vineyards   

 ♣ Four Seasons in Côte-Rôtie …………………………………………………………….

 ♣ In April …..pruning, which is working to remove the buds and twigs useless weed, the growers are grouped for treatment of their vineyards by helicopter.

  In May and June  …… the vine is attached to the stakes with the rod. In July and August it is sheared.

  In September  …….  when the fruit is mature, take place: Harvest……

The main steps are sorting the vines, picking fruit and then arrive at the winery.

The main steps of wine making are:
the racking, pressing, fermentation, livestock.

After several months of aging the wine is ready. You are always welcome at the producers and their domains. They will share their passion and discover their wines. They welcome you by appointment, please contact them.

   In autumn and winter uprooting and replacement of vines died of disease or old age, restoration of walls, replacement props, size. The pruning is burned to prevent the spread of disease.

  In January each year, takes place in Ampuis the traditional Marché aux Vins. This is an opportunity for 4 days, to taste, compare, buy in a friendly atmosphere. Everything is happiness.
